was born in London, England. He joined the Army
serving in Flanders and became a beloved actor and
playwright. Ben was a man of many talents, which
included a life-long acting career, playwright, numerous
published poems and quotes. He married Anne Lewis
on November 14th, 1954. He is preceded in death by his
parents, a step-father, his wife Anne and 3 children. Burial
will take place at Westminster Abbey in London, England.

plain slab on which later carved the words "O Rare
Ben Jonson!" (spelled Johnson). He was buried in an
upright position.
